WestControlService limited liability partnership carries out diagnostics and non-destructive testing of welded joints and base metal at production facilities of the Customer, including companies engaged in oil and gas field development.
The company being a bona fide contractor of industrial enterprises believes that the safety and health of employees, reducing the negative impact on the environment are its priority.
The Company’s Policy establishes the following HSE objectives:
- Continuously improve the health, occupational safety, environment at the Company’s and Customer’s facilities sites to ensure the effective monitoring of these commitments;
- Define and implement tasks aimed at reduction and prevention of injuries, accidents, occupational diseases, negative impacts on the environment, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing the Company’s activities in the sphere of HSE and risk assessment;
- Constantly improve the quality, health, safety and environment management system as a component of sustainable development and competitive production.
To achieve the above goals, the Company assumes the following obligations:
- Observe and comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international standards and regulations in the field of health, safety and environment and comply, where possible, with more strict requirements set by the Company itself;
- Use the whole available and practically feasible measures to prevent the possibility of emergency situations, accidents, and in case of their occurrence – to take measures to eliminate and reduce their negative consequences for the life and health of Company personnel and third parties and the environment;
- Constantly improve the level of health, safety and environment knowledge and competence of managers and staff through planning and conducting effective training;
- Involve the entire staff of the Company to active participation in industrial and environmental safety;
- Require contractors conducting activities at the Company’s production facilities to strictly comply with the HSE requirements in the sphere of and
